Hydro-Vacuum Excavation 

Hydro-Vacuum excavation is a non-destructive process which combines pressurized water and a high flow of moving air to simultaneously excavate and evacuate soils at a controlled rate. 

The soil and water slurry are conveyed via a suction hose to a truck-mounted storage tank.  This process allows for quick, clean and precise excavations to expose services and assets located beneath the surface to eliminate the chance of accidental damage. 

It requires less backfill, less labour force, less restoration, and less environmental impact than conventional digging methods.

Utility Locating Services

 Ground penetrating radar service is an essential step prior to any type of digging, drilling, grading or build. Utility location services provide clarity of underground utility networks ensuring a safe, seamless construction approach. 

Our accredited location services team work seamlessly in conjunction with external surveyors and GPS plotting technologies providing on-site information and field reporting.

By mapping out and marking public and private utility mains, a project can be confidently undertaken, and contractors can be reassured that there is full safety compliance with minimal risk of hitting any unforeseen underground object.

Jetting & Drain Cleaning

 At the commissioning stage of your project we can thoroughly clean all installations to a standard ready to pull cables, run CCTV cameras and prepare for verification. 

The ability to ‘jet-rod’  using specialised combination units to clean any diameter required and servicing all pipe-line and box culvert infrastructure.

This unit has the capability of jetting lines with 200m of hose, hydro-excavation and bulk material removal with its high-powered wet ring vac pump.

 With the latest technology allowing the cassette boom with a 6inch hose to reach 20 metres at the press of a button. With a holding tank capacity of 9000L and water storage of 6000L.

CCTV Pipeline Inspections

CCTV pipe inspections & services reduce the risk of project downtime. By understanding the pipe network and assessing pipes, sewer lines, water pipes and underground services for defects and blockages before a road or building construction project commences.

 Any unexpected downtime and costs associated with project delays can be reduced or elevated. 

Our cameras service diameters 50 – 100mm have a reach of 75m and cameras for 100 – 1200mm diameters have a reach of 500m with full inclination and 360º Pan, Tilt and Zoom.
